• yes! 2nd semester nursing school done!
• i wonder who i’ll have clinicals w/ next sem (i honestly don’t think anything can top this sem’s clinical group. despite having such a small cohort, i definitely wanna get to know the “strangers”)
• gotta get on that working grind
• Crissi’s graduating tomorrow. gonna be cray like crayfish lolsss.
• we also finally won intramurals for the 1st time (been at it for almost 4-5 years!)
• working the polls June 5th! gotta get pay-ded hahaha
• what’s freedom? guess i have all summer to figure that out :}
• can’t wait for Del Mar fair!!!!!
• Disneyland? SeaWorld? Knott’s? Six Flags?
• so glad i found a loophole to that data plan requirement!
• my “colorblindness” and short-term memory made Dr. Gates have to search through 3 different colors to find my test :X my b
• i miss my high school friends
• i miss my friends that (graduated college and) moved away :( eff you NorCal!
• so glad i barely made it to a B for pharm
• my iPhone music library is happy again
• i wonder how much books are gonna be next sem
• i need to get D3 still

my high school tennis coach passed away today. i didn’t think it would make me sad at all, but it has. he did try his all to teach me tennis and helped me graduate by giving me community service opportunities. sigh. i feel like going out and getting a volley going.

such a shocker. i’m so glad i got to see him within the past few months. i wouldn’t have if it hadn’t been for my sister who was on the girl’s tennis team. i’m so glad he got to coach my sister before he passed away.

he was so young at heart, i never would have thought he would pass away this early. just like us, he would always joke around.

thanks for being our coach all throughout high school. you will truly be missed.

so just a snapshot of my life

• making an effort to exercise 5x/week for 30 mins. kicked that off w/ a run around Rohr park w/ Jenna yesterday. there we had to go “temple run” status and jogged past a lady walking a parrot on a stick. such fun times haha.
• today, picked out a pt. seemed like a really nice dude. he has diabetic foot ulcers. haven’t had a pt w/ that since last sem. i intro’d myself while he was sleeping and he woke up startled. he even apologized haha. i told him an apologize wasn’t necessary. then, i said my usual intro and he repeats what i said for clarification. kinda like a return demonstration in a way haha.

now, back to more research on my patient
